Budget Analysis Training – Starting September 2025

Three focused programs to build real financial planning skills for Thailand's growing business sector.

Enrollment opens July 2025. These aren't quick fixes—expect serious work over several months.

What We're Running This Fall

We've designed these courses for people who want practical budget skills, not theory. Each program runs 12-16 weeks with hands-on projects based on real business scenarios from Thai companies.

Most participants work full-time, so sessions happen evenings and weekends. You'll need about 8-10 hours weekly for coursework.

Instructor Damek Thongchai reviewing financial analysis materials

Lead Instructor

Damek Thongchai

Senior Financial Analyst

Damek spent 11 years doing budget work for mid-size companies in Bangkok and Chiang Mai before switching to teaching. He's handled everything from quarterly reviews to full fiscal year planning for teams of 50+ people.

What makes his courses different? He brings real budget documents—the messy, complicated kind you actually deal with at work. Not sanitized textbook examples.

"I've seen too many people learn budget theory that doesn't survive contact with actual business chaos. My goal is to prepare you for the weird situations that come up when your revenue projections get thrown out the window in month three."
